Hi y’all!

I’m super excited to be here today – thanks for having me, Lucy!

Writing erotic romance was not what I set out to do when I began writing. Of course, I’ve been writing since I was seven so, that makes sense. But, I have always been a sucker for a love story.

Yep, I am a romantic. Not even going to try to deny it. I tear up at hallmark commercials for crying out loud. I mean, what woman doesn’t like shows of affection from her man – be it cards and chocolate, date night or a black leather riding crop – hey, I’m just sayin’.

But what happens when love is so intense, it’s physical manifestation so powerful, that it seeps into the depths of your soul? When your life merges with another so completely, there is no beginning or end?

Who doesn’t want to know what that feels like, right? Exactly.

Every character I write, every story I create is bound by this idea.

One Night StandIn my debut novel One Night Stand, Amanda Martin has given up on love and questions her own sexuality after having been cheated on repeatedly. She’s angry, hurt and self-conscious. She decides the best way to protect her heart is to stop looking for a relationship and just go for the sex. No hassle, no worries, no fear of getting hurt. As we say in the South, no muss…no fuss.

Ah…easy right? Guess again.

Amanda meets Joe Sterling, a gorgeous, powerful man. The kind of man who could show her what her body was made for. What Amanda doesn’t know is that Joe is an ex-sniper, a dangerous killer, who had lived the better part of his life alone. A situation he is looking to rectify.

What is it they say about the best laid plans?

One Night Stand is available now! Thanks again to Lucy for having me here today to share a bit of my story with you!
