Albina was born in Bangladesh, and given a traditional conservative upbringing in Bangalore, India and Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a model and actress she won the People’s Choice Award in the Miss Universe Canada competition. She speaks fluent Hindi, Bengali and Urdu and holds dual degrees in psychology and theatre.
