eBook Review: Courting Danger by Kimberly Dean

Posted on January 21, 2016

Courting DangerThis was a new-to-me author, and based on this book, I would definitely seek others of hers out in the future. Courting Danger is the story of Rielle Sands, a woman who works reception at an escort agency. She has a chequered past, and, as a result, is very wary of men. So when a man manages to get into the agency when he shouldn’t be there, and then all but demands she escort him, she’s horrified. She’s not an escort, he’s a stranger… the list of reasons not to go increases. And yet, she’s intrigued. The man isn’t what he seems, and after an exciting date, a hot kiss and a whirlwind ending to their time together, she vows it was a one-off. But the two seem to be drawn to each other. Then, when strange things start happening to and around Rielle, she’s not sure whether it’s connected to her handsome stranger or not. Has she trusted the wrong man again?

This was a good read. Sexy, sultry and intriguing, with deep, flawed characters and a page-turning storyline. Not to mention the super-hot sex scenes. If you like romantic suspense with a healthy dollop of erotica, you should check out this novel. Recommended.
