eBook Review: Fire and Ice by A.M. Hartnett

Posted on August 01, 2015

Fire and IceFire and Ice is a smokin’ hot erotic romance from A.M. Hartnett. When Julia begins teaching Russian hockey player Mick Volkov to speak French, she expects the hot-headed athlete to give up within a month. But it seems he’s as determined off the ice as he is on it. Not only does he stick with the French lessons, he seems unwilling to give up flirting with Julia. And soon, she’s unable to resist his advances any longer…

I loved this seriously sexy novella. From the very beginning the characters are intriguing, likeable and relatable, and Mick is enough to get any straight woman hot under the collar. I really enjoyed the banter between the two characters, not to mention the explosive sex scenes. Overall, a very well-written, engaging book. I was disappointed to see it end – I’d have happily read more about the hunky Russian!
